Healthy Eyes Eyeglass Program, November, 2022
“Thank you for helping me get my most needed glasses. I am 74 years old and a widow with little income. This is the first time any organization has ever helped me and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to the Methodist Church and the kind and generous volunteers. “I had not had my eyes check in awhile and need it done. While visiting with my social worker at Bluitt Flowers and discussing my medical needs, she suggested I apply with PBT. She filled out all the information and shortly after the paperwork came. Everything was explained very well and when I called Lenscrafters, they were aware of this program and took such good care of me. I’m 98 years old, and they made me feel special that day and I picked up my new glasses.”
